A Silvery Morning on the Taieri

Oils on stretched canvas 76 x 101cm plus shadow frame.
A view of the Taieri River, from the old Creamery Bridge, built 1960.
This was a hoar frost morning with a temperature of -2 at 11am, the sun striving to warm the land. These mornings usually result in the most perfect big blue sky afternoon, no wind.

Framed simply with a black tray frame.
